He is the Heineken Thirst 2008 Dj Competititon 2nd Winner !!! The most blasting nu breed Dj in Jakarta right now ;-) . Vu started his dj’ing from October 2007. His set is best described as house with the touch of minimal and somehow he always manage to put in that techy feels in his set. He has shared the decks with many great dj’s in Indonesia such as Dj Romy, Dj Dade, Dj Bimo, Dj Didi (1945MF Dj’s) and some of the international dj Justin Drake & Chris Lake from UK. He has spun the decks at X2 club, Centro, Embassy, Vertigo and many club’s around Jakarta.
Vu’s set are mainly influenced by many great dj’s especially Deadmau5, Peter Gelderblom, Steve Angelo, Mark Knight and Robbie Rivera. Vu find that these 5 magnificent dj’s bought a fresh air wave to the house music scene with their unusual sound of tech. Vu’s musical vision of the local tech house & Minimal music brings him to further understanding of this music. That’s what take him to the sound of minimal & techy, that is the reason he put his musical dedication to the tech house & Minimal sound. And with his creative mixing and attractive performance, Vu will always rock the dance floor.
